This section contains one photo of the Pipes and Drums of the Cape Breton Highlanders, in Bolsward, Holland, during the summer of 1945. The battalion moved to Bolsward in July, 1945 and were billeted there until they departed for England at the end of November, 1945.

Summer, 1945

The Pipes and Drums play for a Dutch audience in Market Square (Marktplein) in the centre of Bolsward. During their stay in Bolsward, the band played there numerous times and the battalion held parades there.
