This is an image of a coloured postcard from the early 1900’s showing the 17th Sydney Field Battery set up at Victoria Park in Sydney. Westmount is visible across the harbour. Note the large bent tree that shows up in many photos taken in Victoria Park at the time. The postcard is postmarked August 15, 1907.
