Eugene Hasting Page (?)

Circa Second World War

It is believed that this may be Eugene Hasting Page wearing an unidentified naval uniform, but he has not been positively identified. During the Second World War Eugene was involved with organizing and training the Nelson Sea Cadets in Bridgewater, NS. The cap in the photo appears to be a captain’s style peaked cap, but the badge on the front does not appear to be a standard Canadian Navy badge design.
