Memorial Cross Document

July, 1945

Memorial Cross document addressed to Mrs. Jane MacInnis, mother of Pte. Alexander Joseph MacInnis. This card, with the signature of the Canadian Minister of National Defence, came with a cased Memorial Cross and ribbon. The Memorial Cross is a small silver cross presented to the wives or mothers of Canadian military personnel that died on active service. Unfortunately Mrs. MacInnis's Memorial Cross is not included in this collection.
