Pictured above is an example of a one piece other rank cap badge for the No. 2 Construction Battalion. The badge is hollow backed and appears to be made of a silver metal. There are two horizontal lugs on the back. There is no manufacturer identified. The badge measures approximately 42mm wide x 45mm high. Note that this badge is believed to be an officer badge but unfortunately there is no known photographic proof of a badge of this type being worn.
